CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY 🤎
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking:
CANCELLATIONS
* Cancellations made 48+ hours before your appointment: No fee.
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
* Same-day cancellations: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
* No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
RESCHEDULING
* Appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 times.
* All rescheduled appointments must remain within the same calendar month as the original appointment.
* After 2 reschedules, any additional cancellation or rescheduling will result in a 50% fee, regardless of how much notice is given.
NO REFUNDS
All purchases and services are non-refundable, including packages, memberships, and prepaid services. Once purchased, packages cannot be cancelled or refunded.
